Optometrist
Dr. Wood was born and raised in Ocala, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from FSU; fun fact, he was there during the 2013 National Championship and got to see Jameis play! He graduated with honors from Optometry School at NOVA Southeastern in the Davie and Ft. Lauderdale area. He has spent the last 4.5 years working at MyEyeDr. in general routine care but looks forward to growing and learning more with Eye Associates.
When he isn’t at work, he is a big college sports, NFL, and NBA fan, but he especially enjoys watching FSU play. Dr. Wood is a foodie and mixologist, and you can find him cooking, enjoying local restaurants, and mixing up specialty cocktails. Additionally, he is a big music lover who has attended hundreds of concerts and festivals, and he stays active by playing basketball and working out.
