Coronavirus and Appointments
In light of the Coronavirus cases in the US, Eye Associates & Seven Hills Surgery Center is currently closed to non-urgent and non-emergent cases. If you have an appointment with us within the next two weeks and would like to reschedule, please contact our office at 850-878-6161.
If you are coming into our office, please wear a mask; if you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. All patients are required to have their temperature taken. If you have recently traveled to an infected area, are immunocompromised, have been in a group setting of 10 or more, have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath or have been around anyone that has been laboratory-confirmed or is suspected of having COVID-19, please call our office before your appointment.
