Fees
Seven Hills Surgery Center charges facility fees for each surgical procedure performed by your surgeon. This fee includes the cost of pre-operative evaluation, nursing personnel, medications, supplies and the use of the operating and recovery rooms.
You will receive a separate bill from your surgeon and anesthesiologist (if one is needed for your procedure) and other professional services you receive at Seven Hills Surgery Center, such as pathology and possibly radiology.
Medical Insurance
Seven Hills Surgery Center accepts assignment with Medicare and participates with most insurance carriers. If you have questions about your particular insurance or co-insurance, please contact us at 850-552-0608 option 2 or your surgeon office.
All co-pays and deductibles are expected to be paid in full on your surgery date. Uninsured and/or self-pay patients will be required to pay for services on the day of surgery.
Please bring all insurance and ID information on the day of surgery.
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, checks, and cash are accepted at Seven Hills Surgery Center.
